For years, people have questioned my humor, my takes on parenting, even my parenting itself. Often, after I’ve posted a hilarious tweet or a popular meme or a snarky blog post (or newsletter), a handful of well-meaning (I guess?) but misguided people will object.
One of their primary objections concerns the way my kids will feel when they grow up and discover my blog and Instagram and Twitter. How will they respond when they see all the horrifying comments their dad has made at their expense?
Well, I finally found out. Yesterday, my 12-year-old found a portion of my (still very much in-progress) book and read it.
And after hearing his reactions, I may have to concede to the haters and retire Dad and Buried.
